Pay-per-data volume license
If you want to get the most out of your data and have complete cost control, choose our pay-per-data volume model.
We’ve made sure it’s based on raw data – rather than queries, users, or loads which can rack up costs at volume. You’ll need significantly less infrastructure to make big performance improvements and if you want to scale out your system we won’t penalize you with additional license fees.
To use pay-per-data, just use an Exasol license.
- Portable licenses can be used for on-premises deployments, on the public cloud or with a hybrid approach. They are valid on any cloud platform and you can move between them whenever you want.
- This license model can be used with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Pay-per-usage license
If you’re not sure how much data you will be using, choose our flexible pay-per-usage option for all (public) cloud deployments, so you can save money when not using our analytics database.
In the interest of fairness, you will always have the option to switch to the pay-per-data volume-based pricing as soon as it makes sense for your usage patterns.
