Terms and Conditions applicable for Exasol products and services
On this page we provide you with our Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), Master Software License and Services Agreement (“MSA”) and other relevant legal documents applicable for Exasol products and services.
When referenced in Exasol quotes or agreements, the relevant Terms and Conditions / Master Software License and Services Agreement form the basis of your contractual relationship with Exasol. The Exasol quote or agreement indicates the name of the applicable Terms and Conditions / Master Software License and Services Agreement and the applicable law relevant for the contractual relationship.
With regards to our Software as a Service offer, the respective Terms of Service apply independently from a quote.
Software and Services
German and Swiss law: Terms and Conditions for License, Appliance and Services
Unless otherwise stipulated in the Exasol quote or agreement, the following Terms and Conditions shall apply to customers located in Europe (Germany, Austria, Nordics, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Benelux etc.) except UK; and customers located in the CIS region (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan).
US and UK law: Master Software License and Services Agreement
Unless otherwise stipulated in the Exasol quote or agreement, the following Master Software License and Services Agreement shall apply to customers located in the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, Canada and South- and Central America.
Service Description (for all jurisdictions)
The Service Description is valid for all jurisdictions.
Software Evaluation (for all jurisdictions)
The Terms and Conditions for Software Evaluation shall apply when referenced in Exasol quotes or agreements. The Terms and Conditions for Software Evaluation indicate the applicable law.
Software as a Service
These Terms of Service apply for customers using the Exasol Software as a Service offer available under https://www.exasol.com/exasol-saas/.
Yotilla Terms and Conditions
These Yotilla Terms and Conditions are applicable to all customers using the Yotilla services provided by Exasol through the AWS Marketplace.
