The Digital Service Act („DSA“) is a coherent legal framework for providers of digital services within the European Union and came into effect on February 17, 2024.
Notice and Action Mechanisms (Art. 16 DSA)
The DSA demands in Art. 16 of the DSA that providers of hosting services implement a mechanism through which illegal content can be reported and processed.
