With several million data points per month, C.H.BECK’s previous analytics solution was reaching its limits, particularly in query speed. To continue offering customers tailored solutions and be prepared for a digital future, a high-performance tool for rapid data insights was needed.
Over 10 years ago, C.H.BECK found the ideal partner for its digital journey in Exasol. After a successful PoC, Exasol was implemented as an on-premises solution and has since impressed with outstanding performance, good value for money, and great flexibility in meeting new requirements.
Exasol’s column-oriented in-memory technology improves query performance significantly. Tasks that previously took several minutes now complete much faster. This enables key account managers to provide more responsive customer support.
Leveraging ETL processes, Exasol’s Data Warehouse integrates relevant data from diverse source systems. This consolidated approach enables approximately 100 users to utilize the analytical capabilities to gain insights and create reports.
With Exasol, C.H.BECK is well-equipped for the digital future. New requirements and extensions can be flexibly integrated. The company is also considering future implementations of predictive analytics and AI, with Exasol as a technology partner.
