- the "Documents under US law" if you are a customer/partner located in the United States of America and elsewhere in America;
- the “Documents under German law" if you are a customer/partner located in Europe (DACH-region, Nordics, France, Spain, Italy etc.) with the exception of the UK;
- the “Document under UK law” if you are a customer/partner located in the UK and the rest of the world (Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia);
- In case of Cloud Services, the documents of Exasol Cloud Computing GmbH are applicable regardless of you your location.
