Helmut Fink complements management board of EXASOL

Helmut Fink takes up the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at EXASOL. With his many years of experience, Fink shall strengthen the global positioning of marketing and partner business as part of the management board.

Nuremberg, February 14th, 2014 – EXASOL, manufacturer of the analytical database EXASolution, expanded their management board with the addition of Helmut Fink. Beginning January 2014, he will fill the position as COO and be responsible for the global positioning of sales, marketing, services and partner business within the scope of the global growth strategy.

Born in Graz, he has been working in the IT industry since 1998. During this time, he worked for 15 years for SAP, where his last position was EMEA Vice President Strategic Business Development and Innovation. Amongst other things, he was responsible for the launch of the SAP Business Suite on SAP HANA. EXASOL especially profits from Fink’s relevant experience in matters of strategically positioning the international business.
